LATE POLICY
At Born 2B Natural, we do our absolute best to accommodate our clients. Of course, life happens; traffic, weather, accidents, etc. - we get it. We ask that if you are running late please call at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment and make the salon/stylist aware. We want to be able to provide the desired service in its entirety, and we will try our best to accommodate the services scheduled. However, after 15 minutes, it is our policy to cancel your appointment and charge 50% of scheduled service to card on file. In the case that you do not call or communicate with us, you will be considered a “No Call No Show” and will be charged 100% of your scheduled service to the card on file. This is non- negotiable. Please understand this is never a ‘punishment’ it is only to prevent overlap into the rest of the stylists appointments within the day. We thank you in advance for your cooperation!

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please be considerate when cancelling or rescheduling appointments, as they can take up a significant amount of time. We do require a credit card upon booking any appointment online. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you kindly give at least a 24 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark no charge will be made. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled through stylist/salon within the 24 hour mark a 50% charge will be incurred. This is non-negotiable. If you fail to show for your appointment and do not call, we will charge 100% of the services booked.
GUEST POLICY
Children and/or extra guests are not permitted to accompany you in the salon; we also ask that you refrain from bringing any pets other than service animals into the salon. If a child is being serviced, we kindly ask that parents wait inside their car.
ADDITIONAL POLICIES
Please note if the payment card on file declines, Born 2B Natural will reattempt charging the form of payment on file for up to 150 days after date of scheduled appointment. Any overdraft fees that may occur are not the responsibility of Born2B Natural but of the signer of this agreement.
In the event of inclement weather, emergency, tragedy for the service provider, or world disaster (such as government shut down), deposits are still nonrefundable and prepaid service plans are nonrefundable. All appointments will be rescheduled and deposits goes toward appointment only.
Once you leave your schedule appointment you are acknowledging that the service was completed and expectations met.
